Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Hoodie
Place your unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the return label to the outside.
Ship and Relax
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
